Overview
Bloxiana supports both slash commands and a per-server text prefix, which you can customize. Prefix (text) commands are being phased out in favor of slash/ commands on October 1, 2026. Bloxiana already supported prefix commands and held Discord’s Message Content privileged intent.
Under Discord’s updated intent policy, apps now have to reapply for that access once a year to keep it, and prefix commands are no longer accepted as a valid reason to hold the intent. Continuing to use them would just get the intent denied at the next review, even after a successful renewal. Since slash commands don’t rely on Message Content at all, we’re dropping it and moving fully to / commands. We recommend switching over now.
